Deposit Payment

NOTE: Before sending a deposit payment, please check room availability by completing and submitting the Reservation Inquiry form above. We'll respond to your inquiry within 24 hrs. If we have availability and you wish to complete the reservation, you will need to pay a 50% deposit within 1 to 3 calendar days (This will be specified in the inquiry details we send you). A one night deposit will be required for reservations of one night only. This deposit payment can be done by completing and submitting the form below. You will then be directed to a PayPal interface where you can pay by credit card or via your Paypal account.

Terms and Conditions

1. Check-In time after 2:00 pm; Check-Out time before 11:00 am
2. The above rates are inclusive of 7% government tax. 
3. Beachcomber/Sea Breeze/Tropical Daze rates are inclusive of breakfast for two.
4. Extra bed is inclusive of breakfast for one.
5. Baby cots (children 0-2) are free of charge, but exclusive of breakfast.
6. Garden rates are exclusive of breakfast.
7. Beachcomber/Sea Breeze rates are for single/double occupancy. (max occupancy: 4 people)
8. Tropical Daze room rates are for single/double occupancy. (max occupancy: 3 people)
9. Tropical Daze Bungalow (Two Rooms) rates are for up to 4 persons. (max occupancy: 6 people)
10. Garden rates are for single/double occupancy. (max occupancy: 2 people)
11. Babies = 0 to 2 years old - free of charge.
12. Child = 3 to 12 years old; Adult = 13 years and older.
13. Rates may be subject to change without prior notice.

Cancellation Policies

1. Cancellations can be made by email or telephone.
2. No cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made in excess of 30 days prior to arrival date.
3. A 1 night cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made within 30 days of arrival date.
4. A 2 night cancellation fee will apply to cancellations made within 7 days of arrival date.
5. 'No Shows' or ‘Early Departures’ will be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full reservation.
